Sweet, sweet data.

A well-funded start-up needed to drive sales, but wasn’t sure of the best path forward. We honed in on the core consumer insights and what was preventing consumers from getting excited about the ice cream delights, and then re-tooled how the brand was communicating its core promise.

Challenge: Why MooBella came to us.

To find a sustainable way to increase sales by understanding what was truly unique about the brand, and what was working and what wasn’t with the brand’s messaging.

Solution: How we uncovered opportunities.

We conducted an in-depth analysis of select sites to answer the question, why? We needed to know why potential consumers weren’t noticing, considering or trying the product. We then coordinated and conducted focus groups to develop an insight-driven positioning that would help change that behavior. We also conducted a nationwide quantitative study of the most appealing and ownable concepts, and provided the client with actionable steps to sharpen consumer communication.
