To create a more relevant and compelling brand that would help drive meaningful connections with consumers and providers for long-term growth.

Solution: How we uncovered opportunities.

We helped Insulet formulate and articulate a clear strategic direction for the brand and worked with their team to develop a clear plan. We identified the value of achieving growth and differentiation in their key market segment and defined their “ways in.” Through our healthcare provider qualitative research, we were able to gain insights on attitudes and behaviors among endocrinologists and diabetes nurse educators, which we paired with our patient research to determine unmet needs and key influencers to treatment options. Armed with these insights and competitive assessment, we were then able to reposition the brand with a winning proposition. We then led the advertising agency selection process and managed the agency in developing an entirely new creative brand platform to be applied across all touchpoints.

Results: A new platform to grow on.

The new program platform is on track for an on-time launch with very positive internal and external feedback, both from patients and healthcare providers as well as Insulet executive team and sales force.
