Brewing a bold launch.

We helped our client develop a new product pipeline, and created a unique way to test the usability of our client’s latest single-cup brewer. We delivered customized, turnkey qualitative market research from the early phases through full product testing.

To start, we needed insights. We designed, coordinated and conducted valuable qualitative consumer research from concept testing all the way through usability. Using this valuable knowledge, we were able to manage the design of an innovative brewing system with a first-of-its-kind user interface, which exceeded consumer expectations for simplicity and intuitiveness. We steered R&D and agency partners through every detail of the new product development process, ensuring that the desired consumer experience remained paramount.

Results: Keurig goes boldly, launch after launch.

We led the client team to successfully complete the final product one year ahead of schedule. Since this pivotal launch, we have been asked to develop the US promotional strategy for both portion packs and brewers, analyze the overseas markets and assist with the research and train their Customer Care teams for all future launches.
