Lynda has nearly 20 years of consumer marketing experience and a passion for new product development, especially during what she describes as the “fuzzy front end” of the innovation cycle. She has a unique ability to develop insight-driven ideas by looking at all facets of the consumer landscape and unearthing unmet needs. It’s how she’s helped our clients build unique brand DNAs that resonate with consumers and bring sustainable growth.

At Gillette, Procter & Gamble, and Clorox, Lynda was instrumental in growing well-known consumer brands like Oral-B toothbrushes, Gillette shaving (Venus and Fusion), and Tilex bathroom cleaners. She holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and earned her M.B.A. at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Today she brings her talent for recognizing and forging strategic opportunity to our clients. Lisa’s goal is to bring certainty to decisions, and that comes from analysis and research. Lisa delves into the hearts, minds and behaviors of consumers to uncover powerful insights that make all the difference, to enrich ideas, and to quantify opportunity.

Lisa brings marketing experience from Gillette, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and Proctor & Gamble in both the U.S. and Canada. Lisa is fluent in French, a native of Montreal and graduate of Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business with a Master’s of Science in Administration (Marketing).

Annette is an experienced marketing strategist skilled at identifying growth opportunities and successfully guiding products from concept to launch, both in the U.S. and globally.

Annette honed her marketing skills while working for The Boston Consulting Group, Procter & Gamble, Gillette, AT&T, and The Stride Rite Corp. Fluent in German and conversant in French, Annette has lived and worked abroad while coordinating global launches. She holds degrees from The Wharton School of Business (Finance) and The Kellogg School of Management (Marketing).

Carol is an accomplished marketing professional with 25+ year track record of solving marketing challenges and accelerating growth across a diverse range of industries including food, beverage, confections, small appliances, personal care, beauty and OTC health care. She is a skilled, consumer-driven strategist with a passion for translating insight into the consumer “win.”
Carol brings a unique blend of skills to Compass Marketing. In addition to client-side experience building brands, launching new products and growing established businesses in senior level marketing positions at Ocean Spray, Kraft Foods and SharkNinja, she also has global consulting experience developing growth and innovation strategies with McKinsey & Co. and Henry Rak Consulting Partners. She has developed growth strategies for Avon, Clorox, Kraft and J&J. She has deep expertise in identifying new white spaces, new product development and market launch, positioning, brand equity and consumer research.
Carol holds a B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University and an M.B.A from Emory University.
